Founded by Aaron Dwyer, The AD Dance Competition brings the excitement of the American-style dance competitions to the UK and Ireland, providing a dynamic platform for performers of all ages and abilities to showcase their talents.

More than just a competition, it’s a full live show experience. Each event is hosted by a professional compere, featuring three top industry judges, thrilling ‘knockout’ scholarship workshops, and an array of prestigious awards, titles, and scholarships.

THE INTENSIVE
The Aaron Dwyer 6 Hour Intensives offer an exclusive opportunity to train with our visionary founder, Aaron Dwyer, through three high-impact workshops designed to elevate your dance technique.

THE ASSOCIATES
Enhance your jazz dance skills and elevate your training with the AD Associate Program — a specialised program designed for intermediate-level dancers with at least one year of training.
This program offers four-hour classes once per month, providing a focused and immersive learning experience. With ample time between sessions, dancers can refine their skills, practice techniques, and absorb new material to ensure continuous progress.

SUMMER PRODUCTION - THE 24-HOUR MUSICAL

Aaron Dwyer is thrilled to present his very first 24-Hour Musical, an ambitious and exhilarating production brought to life over five days.
​

Day 1 to Day 4: Rehearsals are split into four days of intense, six-hour sessions, designed to develop and perfect the show within a 24-hour rehearsal timeframe.

Day 4 (16+ only): A crucial tech rehearsal, ensuring the performance is polished and production-ready.

Day 5: A full dress rehearsal with the entire cast, followed by three live performances that showcase the dedication, talent, and creativity of everyone involved.
